This is a list of episodes for Nickelodeon's animated television series, The Penguins of Madagascar. As of November 26, 2011, 109 original episodes have aired, with most of the episodes to date being aired in pairs. Aside from four double-length specials and one quadruple-length special, the running time for each episode is 11 minutes.

Unaired episodes

In addition to episodes that have aired, a number of other episodes have been produced. Some of these were scheduled for broadcast but never aired, while others are yet to be placed on Nickelodeon's U.S. schedule. In the past, some episodes were first released on DVD before being aired on TV. The first such episode was "Popcorn Panic", which was originally released on DVD but eventually aired on May 9, 2009.

LEM-R the lemur-shaped robot returns from space to protect the Earth from a mutant squid that plans to dominate the planet and leave it wide open for alien invasion. 
U02 "The Otter Woman"[43]
When a chlorine accident causes Marlene's fur to be bleached, others begin to believe that she is an arctic mink new to the zoo. The boys go gaga over her, and she is troubled trying to convince them that she is actually Marlene. But when Skipper mistakes her for endangering Marlene, Skipper confronts her and she must escape from him. 
U03 "Hair Apparent"[44]
The commissioner loses his toupee at the zoo, leaving the penguins to race against time to find it before the commissioner has a vital meeting with the mayor to request additional fish for the penguins. Meanwhile, Maurice gets the toupee stuck on his head, and when he attempts to escape Julien and Mort's attempts to 'save' him from the 'hair-monster', he ends up trapped in the baboon habitat mistaken for one of them. 
U04 "Love Takes Flightless"[44]
An ostrich falls in love with Rico after he saves her from quick-drying cement, but is left heartbroken when Rico still prefers his doll to her, causing her to steal the doll before she has a chance of heart. At the cocnlusion, the ostrich has fallen for another doll she acquired from a toystore. 
U05 "Loathe at First Sight"[45]
Kowalski's obsession with Doris drives him to invent a love ray, which also works in reverse, resulting in him accidentally turning the entire zoo against him before he manages to reset them to normal. 
U06 "The Trouble with Jiggles"[45]
Kowalski unwisely revives Jiggles, having changed his genetic code so that Jiggles will now only eat whipped cream, only to discover the side-effect that Jiggles will now multiply whenever it is struck. When Jiggles escapes the penguin habitat and begins to increasingly multiply, Kowalski is only narrowly able to stop them by luring them back into the habitat and lowering the temperature, with the penguins subsequently sending the 'Jiggili' to another world where they can be the space squids' problem.
